Avalon Select is committed to getting your products to you quickly and affordably. At this time, we only ship to the 48 contiguous or continental states plus Washington, DC. We offer flat rate shipping of $5.95 for orders under $49 and free shipping for orders of $49 or more.
TIME TO SHIP
We strive to have most products shipped within 1-2 business days of your order, and are committed to having product(s) shipped within 3 business days of your order (unless delays due to product preparation are noted in a product description). If we are unable to ship an item within 3 business days for any reason, we will contact you and give you the option of waiting for the shipment or receiving a refund on any product not shipping on time.
TRACKING PACKAGES
We will send you a tracking number as soon as we have it. Please note that you'll sometimes have it before it is in the carrier's hands and is not yet trackable. Give it a day and you should be able to track it at either USPS.com or UPS.com.
Some of our products are shipped from overseas and may take several weeks to arrive. These packages will only be trackable on USPS.com once they arrive in the United States. Before then, you can track the package here.
NO PO BOXES
In order to keep our costs low and our shipping speeds high, we may choose one of several shipping options and may not be able to deliver to PO Boxes. So we do require a home or office mailing address, or other address (for instance a UPS Store) that accepts mail on your behalf.
SIGNATURES REQUIRED
We may require a signature for delivery of any packages with a retail value of $100 or more. Please make sure to check your tracking number for an estimated delivery date and have someone available to sign.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
If you provide us with the wrong shipping address, we will charge up to $25 to ship the order a second time after contacting you. (This cost will depend on what's being shipped. We do not want to overcharge anyone who has made an honest mistake.) If we cannot contact you about your order, we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide you with a refund for your order total MINUS our original shipping costs (or $5.95, whichever is greater) and a 15% restocking fee.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse shipment of an accurate and undamaged order, we will refund your purchase costs MINUS our original shipping costs (or $5.95, whichever is greater) and a 15% restocking fee.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If any part of your order arrives damaged, you must contact us by e-mail within 5 business days of delivery to inform us. We will work with you to get the product(s) replaced and to have you return the damaged items, if applicable.
