At Avalon Select, we want you to be happy with every product you receive from us and continue to look for ways to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible. To ensure the smoothest process, please read this information:
Avalon Select allows you to return or exchange an item up to 30 days after the delivery date.
Please note that returns are different from warranty issues. If a product is not functional, we will make sure you know how to reach the manufacturer for warranty coverage! Sorry, but we cannot provide for returns and exchanges in the case of warranty matters, but we will do our best to help you get the coverage you need!

Avalon Select allows you to return or exchange an item up to 30 days after the delivery date.
- Simply contact us for an RMA# and include this # on the outside of the box you are returning the product in.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, and the product should be returned in the original packaging and with all of its original parts.
- It should also be in working order, if applicable.
